Delete your ClothLab account

For the ClothLab app and clothlab.in

In the app (fastest)

• Open ClothLab and sign in.
• Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
• Tell us why if you like (optional), then hold the delete button for 2 seconds.

You can do the same on clothlab.in: sign in, then Profile → Delete account.

Already uninstalled the app?

Email clothlabdotin@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my ClothLab account" and the Google email you signed in with, or the mobile number saved on your account. We will confirm with you on that email or number and delete the account within 7 days.

What happens

• If an order is still with us (picked up but not yet delivered), the account can be deleted once it is delivered.
• You are signed out on every phone straight away, and we stop sending you notifications.
• For 30 days the account can still be restored: just sign in again with the same Google account (or, if you signed in by phone, the same number).
• After 30 days we erase your name, email address, profile photo, mobile number, saved addresses, map pins, notification tokens and sign-in.
• Order bills are kept without your name, number or address, because tax law asks us to keep them (currently six years).

Laundry partners

Partners can ask from the ClothLab Partner app (Me → Remove my account) or by calling the office. We settle any cash and clothes first, then remove the account.
